SKiable Terrain

Stagecoach offers alpine skiing opportunities for every skill level from mellow meadows to challenging steeps to peaceful glades. In addition to alpine ski routes, a network of more than 10 miles of trails constitutes world-class Nordic skiing terrain.

Doppelmayr lift bids are in and the first two lifts are planned to be installed and running by December 2020.

Key highlights about the skiable property:

Over 15 alpine ski trails, the longest of which exceeds 2 miles.

Planned for ~1,625 skiable acres, 3,595 total acres.

                  ~2,200 vertical feet.

Ski runs are located on the North side of Stagecoach Mountain, which allows for a unique advantage: the light Colorado powder and snow base keeps longer than it does on neighboring ski mountains.

All runs lead into a ~200-acre base village area.

The backside of Stagecoach Mountain contains miles of Nordic skiing acreage adjacent to USFS and BLM lands, so you can go out the back gate for virtually unlimited backcountry exploration.

Stagecoach is its own unique Colorado mountain resort poised to have one of the best base areas with an active, walkable, accessible village, made up of hundreds of true ski-in, ski-out homes. This is made possible by the way the ski runs convene back into the broad, gentle base area meadow. The area covers approximately ~200 acres of land and has two sparkling streams running through it.
